Explorer Thumbnail View

I have a user who when using Thumbnail view in Windows Explorer doesn't get
the image thumbnails, only the icons designating what kind of file each
image is. He is using Windows XP Service Pack 2. Is there some option or
registry setting that needs to be set in order to see the thumbnails? I'm
also using Windows XP Service Pack 2 and can see the image thumbnails when I
browse to the network folder my user was using.

From the menu click View, then click Thumbnails.
At least that works for me!!

If you type in Start Run

regsvr32 /i shimgvw

it will fix the whole feature (S/he is likely to have other minor problems too)
