explorer quits when sending message through Outlook Web Access

Please help,
When I try to send a message the explorer restarts the application, and the
message doesn't send. I am using Vista. None of these problems before
changing to Vista, and no problems in FireFox.
 
I am using mail online through microsoft outllook web access. This is my
work email.

The Exchange Server needs to be patched. Tell your IT Dept.

You receive an error message when you try to perform any editing tasks,
or you must click to enable the compose frame in Outlook Web Access
(Exchange Server needs a patch for Vista workstations) -
