Explorer Problem

When I right-click on "start" and go to "explore", it stops responding when I
go to "file" or when I right click on a folder. What's going on?
 
Both the symptoms are caused by a third-party shell extension. You can
isolate the problem by following the advice given here.

Right-click is slow or weird behavior caused by context menu handlers:
