EXPLORER NOT WORKING

Clicking on Internet Explorer, Windows Explorer, My
Computer, or Control Panel does nothing. I lose my desktop
momentarily then it reappears, but the program does not
launch. This does not happen in Safe Mode. Ran virus scan,
spyware nothing works Drivers ok too

Hi Kelly,

Got it working finally. Rebooted in Safe-Mode with
networking. Downloaded and ran the Ad-aware 6 sw. Removed
about 29 entries. Ran Spybot again, just to make sure.
Shutdown the system and powered it off. Booted the system
up in normal mode and WOW it works. I double-click on the
My Computer, My Network Places and IE and they all open
with no messages in the Event Logs.

about 29 entries. Ran Spybot again, just to make sure.

I have this exact problem...How did this get resolved? I have don
everything Kim did...I need help Kelly....where are you?

Had the samething happen to me. Try downloading Ad-aware
6.0 this worked for me and now IE works. I'm using both
spy-bot and Ad-aware. got this tip from The Screen Savers
Patricks Freeware picks.
