Explorer not starting up

I have just recently had a problem with the file "lsass.exe" which i thought
i fixed but now when i load xp after the login screen it doesn't load
explorer. every thing can be loaded through taskmanager but when i try to
load explorer it just comes up as a window. i have searched all over the net
but have found no record of this every happening before.. HELP.. i am not
good enough with computers to work this one out on my own, any help is
apreciated even if it dosen't completely fix the problem, but helps me get
started.
 
Use the task manager 'new task' command line to run the command SFC /SCANNOW
