Explorer/My Computer window resizing

Perhaps this is a coincidence, but I just installed Firefox release 1.
Since then, whenever I open a directory window from My Computer or
Explorer, it's tiny and I have to drag out a corner to make it usefully
large. I have tried fooling with Folder Options, closing the window
with Ctrl-click, etc., but nothing "sticks" when I reboot. I would like
to set a window size and have it observed every time I open a window for
any folder.

Try this,
Resize the window press f5 close the window. Reopen the window and see if
the behavior is fixed. You probably have a popup add that resized your window.
I use firefox and love it.

Well, I tried. f5 doesn't close the window... Anything else I can try?
