Explorer Keeps crashing

Hi,

I have a problem whereby both Windows Explorer and
Internet Explorer crash immediately on launching. This
also happens if you try to go to control panel or
anything else that uses explorer. It works OK in safe
mode though.

Any ideas appreciated.

I get this as well and I would like to know too if somebody can please help
