Explorer isn't getting associated properly!

Hi,

My explorer works fine, there is no huge issue with it. But when I
click on 'My Computer' and click on anyone of my disk partitions the
'Open With' dialog box pops up. How can I fix this?

This won't answer completely, but if you Right-click on the menu item for
Windows Explorer it reveals attributes such as Target ie.
%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe

When your 'Open With' dialog appears, try associate it with the
abovementioned explorer.exe
