Explorer is possessed

Under winxp, every time I use Explorer to connect to my
office's Exchange Webmail server, it keeps starting
Microsoft Installer. Is there a fix for this?

sounds like a program in office such as outlook is not

properly installed try reinstalling or running repair of
office,if that fails then talk to your it person since it
may be related to the server.
