Explorer Folder SGowing 58 Files Sound Showing 54

Vista Basic x32 sp2
I moved the location of Vista's Media folder to a folder I call Sounds.
When I open the folder in Sound to set a wav file to an event it displays only 54 files
while explorer is showing 59 ( the actual number).
Any reason why the two places in vista would show a different number of files??

One clarification.
I didn't set the location of the windows\media folder.
But there is a descretion between the files being rported by Explorer
and what is being reported when I browse for files in the sound event dialog.
I even went into my Sounds folder and deleted several wav files but they still
show up in the browse dialog for event sounds.

Any idea why this is so??
