Explorer Favorites Setup 6.0

Yes, that's possible but it depends on the operating
system that you are using how simple it will be....
In Windows XP, make sure that both users have a different
login for the machine, and it's done !

I do not know how with windows 98, do not believe it's possible.

What is your operating system, other may help.

Internet Explorer uses Windows User Profiles for that purpose.
