How can I get Explorer to list my Favorites menu

And now for the $64 question: is there a way to get Win2K to sort the
start menu automatically by name so there is no need to do it manually
(in every f--ing sub menu!)?

Many don't want everything sorted alphabetically. Many want their most used
programs at the top. An option allowing one click to sort all sub folders
would cause a hell of an inconvenience to those people.
It bothers me not to sort each folder individually!
