Explorer.exe

Windows event viewer generates the following evets:
1002
1000
According to the event viewer the application is
explorer.exe

I went online to get more info but it didn't help me at
all.
Can anybody explain the problen and help me solve my
problem?

Bad idea to post your e-mail address as unfortunately you may find out. I
would be very cautious about opening any attachments or unknown files from
now on.
