Explorer.exe

Hi,
I have some weird problem with my computer, it sometimes halts on start up.
I've already instaled windows again I've tested my ram repaired this
instalation...if someone has an idea of what the problem could be and how to
solve it please give me a hand because I'm out of ideas.

Where during startup does it halt and what does explorer.exe have to do with

random guess would be to change your bios setting from "non plug and play"
to "plug and play."

Funny I really don't remember putting that tittle in my post, maybe I was
thinking bout the other problem I had with my pc...already solved that one XD.
