Explorer.exe won't run after installing AntiSpyware

I have some kind of spyware or adware that has caused
issues with my explorer.exe that forces me to start it
manually when I login. After installing the MS
AntiSpyware I can't even load the explorer.exe manually, I
had to go back and restore my system. I already use
spyware and anti-virus software, but they aren't good
enough. MS AntiSpyware found sever items, but seems as
though I cannot use it. Anyone else encounter this?

Restart in Safe Mode and run a scan with Anti-Spyware and additional spyware
programs.
