Explorer.exe running at high usage

Hi my explorer.exe is running really high and my system idle process is at 0%
i have not opened any avi files I have nortons 2005 installed and have scaned
with it as well as adaware and other online Virus scanners I have also tried
to do other fixes that i have seen anyone have a suggestion

I solved my own Issue but just in case others are wondering I used
http://www.sysinternals.com/Files/ProcessExplorerNt.zip to isolate the thread
that was causing the high usage and it was a jkhhh.dll did a process library
search and its a malware file. I had to searh and end all handles inorder to
delete this have not had a issue since.
