explorer.exe process too much %

Hi.

My co,mputer works fine for a while, then, explorer.exe
starts running at 50%+.

Slows everything down.

Whats making it do that?

Instead of
using the Windows Task Manager try Process Explorer as it gives a little
more information and can help you identify more easily what is going on.
