Explorer.exe Problem

Hi guys,

I get an error screen that states:

App.Name=Explorer.exe App.Ver=6.028001106

Mod.Name=kernel32.dll Mod.Ver=5.126001106

Offset= 00013887

If i try and close the pop-up it re-appears after 30seconds approx, whilst
refreshing (probably closing explorer.exe and re-opening it).

Any suggestions? All welcome as im baffled as im cleared of viruses + spyware

Yo Jimmy,

Virus's aren't the only culprits to these kind of problems. It seems
that the Kernl32 has quite a few bugs/problems. I had a similar problem
though mine had a few more lines of details. Anyway I just copy the
file from an "identically" configured comp and the problem went away.
If you don't have to much valueable data you can always try reinstallig
XP or backing up the data to a second hard drive. There are other ways
to fix the problem but without more specifics on your system I won't go
into them ust yet. I hope this helps.
