explorer.exe. No Disk "Please Insert a Disk into Drive A:"

Every time I start up my PC, the following message pops
up.

explorer.exe. No Disk "Please Insert a Disk into Drive
A:"

I have to cancel it to get rid of it for the time being.

I have also tried the Article Q282470 on the Microsoft
Common Knowledge base, but it still did not solve the
problem.

Any info for resolving this issue is very much
appreciated.
