explorer.exe/iexplore.exe Buffer Overrun Detected

Hello,

I recieve the following error when ever I click IE or my
computer.

Microsoft C++ Library
Buffer Overrun Detected

and then nothing.

I am now unable to view webpages and anything else that
requires the explorer.

Any help would be apprciated.
