explorer.exe error

Everytime I termserv into my server I receive an error
instruction 0x77f8c1bb at 0x0001085a could not be read...

Any ideas as to what could be causing this? Thanks

If you log in through the console, does this also happen?

Have you scanned your system for viruses lately? What has
changed on your system lately that might cause this to
happen?
