G Guest Nov 19, 2007 #2 Check if you can run taskManager. If it is disabled, you might have a virus/trojan called Newfolder.exe which shootsup CPU usage to 99%, disables taskmanager/regedit/msconfig etc.....download the removal tool by searching it over the net
