Explorer.exe cpu Problem (ntdll.dll!RtIntegerToUnicodeString+0x67)

Hi. This weekend my computer started acting funny.
explorer.exe is constantly using 49-50% of my CPU.
I downloaded Process Explorer, and found that its
ntdll.dll!RtIntegerToUnicodeString+0x67 that is using it all.

The first minutes after boot, the pc writes loads of stuff to pagefile.sys
to, witch is causing a superslow boot. Its not until this is done that
explorer starts taking up the cpu.
If I suspend ntdll.dll!RtInteger..... I cant do much before explorer crashes
and restarts, witch then brings back the problem. At least I'm able to write
this without having to wait several minutes for a page to load, or a letter
to be written.

I have run virus scans, and spyware scans. No results.

Hope you have any Ideas.

Never mind. I figured it out after a week.
I had a 2GB x264 videofile konvertet to Mpeg on my desktop.
Windows was not happy.
Had to log in to the admin account to delete it as I couldnt while it was in
use.
