Explorer.exe, Application Error

hello all.

I have a network of around 30 PCs, and have a problem with most of
them, I get the following error:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Application Error
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1000
Date: 29/03/2005
Time: 11:37:26 AM
User: N/A
Computer: PEAPC82
Description:

This happens when users are browsing (thru windows explorer). Browsing
on the server. The explorer window closes down, and the user has to
reopen etc etc..


The other error that occurs in the event log is:

Event Category: None
Event ID: 1002
Date: 29/03/2005
Time: 11:37:31 AM
User: N/A
Computer: PEAPC82
Description:
The shell stopped unexpectedly and Explorer.exe was restarted.
