explorer error

Dear Wanadoo

Since the start of April, i have been having problems
with my internet explorer even though i have installed
the latest version from a Wanadoo broadband CD. Every
time i load up any webpage an error box appears with the
following message:

The computer doesn't crash when i am on outlook express
or imesh. Can you help/direct me in any way to finding a
