Explorer crashes after selecting a file

Explorer stops when one kind of file is selected (any gmax
file). This appends when the cursor reaches the file line
even when moving the cursor with the arrow keys. Of course
double click does not work either. GMAX program also stops
when trying to open the file. It is the first time I see
explorer crashing when just highlighting a line. However
the file can be edited in dos mode whithout problem (not
useful).

This is most likely a problem w/the GMAX program. Have you contacted the
vendor to see if there is an update/fix? Have you run any SpyWare detection
recently (they can cause this behavior as well).
