EXPLORER caused an invalid page fault

Everytime i try to type in something in the adress box
or really do anything for that matter, i continually get
the message "EXPLORER caused an invalid page fault in
module USER.EXE" What do i do? i can hardly use the
internet anymore it happens all the time and i have to shut
down my computer.
 
The reason can be almost anything. But I suggest you first scan for viruses
and spyware.
