explorer bar

Is there anyway to delete the extension from the explorer bar and add-on ??I
can only disable the add-on that loaded on the internet explorer, I'm using
window xp home version with service pack 2

(1) u can uninstall (2) if uninstall is not possible then u can use
ShellExView [http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/shexview.html] this shows up all
extenstions and handlers used by windows both native and others added during
softwares installations shows up all extensions IE, Explorer everything.
