Explorer Application problem

I recently changed my hard drive, my old one had Windows
XP Professional and the new one does also, but now, two
days later I get a message that says :

The instruction at 0x77f67f26 referenced memory at
0x00740065. The memory could not be "written" Click Ok to
terminate.
When I open a my computer or my documents the message
will appear and close that window, but leaves the
internet and programs running normally. I'd appreciate
any help on this.

What does a scan with a current antivirus program (meaning a version not
later than 2002 and using updated virus definitions) show?
