Explorer Application Error

When I click on an html file in Windows Explorer
I get a message that reads
The instruction at "0x70dcf39f" referenced memory at
"0x00000000". The Memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

Anybody know what this might be?

Sounds like an unstable plugin assocating with IE. Get yourself spyware/adware scanner like SpyBot Seach and Distroy or AdAware and it will likely find it for you.
