explorer 7 fault code

hi when trying to view/activet some programs through explorer but not all
programs
i get this message.line 2.char1. error invalid link. code 0 url about
blank.this even happens in window market place .anybody help please mick
 
On the Internet Explorer 7 Tools menu, Internet Options, Advanced Tab, click
the "Reset" button, OK, and restart IE7.
