Browser will open but will not link anywhere. Can go to
the original URL but no links within any of the sites I
went to. Went in to try and repair and got error message
that ATL.DLL version 3.0.8168.0 exists but need version
3.0.8449.0. This is on another computer as I couldn't get
in to find help. Appreciate any ideas you can share. Is
this from a virus? Scan doesn't show any. Thanks.

Use the DLL Help Database to understand what these numbers imply.

(E.g., the old version might have replaced the one IE6 wants
if you recently (re)installed a Visual version 6.0 product.)
