explorer 5.2.2 user loading problems

Our home page loses elements and ends up with overlapping elements for one of our members, who accesses the web using explorer 5.2.2. The page is designed using FrontPage 2002. Any suggestions?
 
Don't use absolute positioning, use tables to structure your page layouts.
