Expired Temp TS CAL Won't Go Away

We had a single Win98 client the was connecting with a temp CAL which
eventually expired. We upgraded the client pc to WinXP, but the server is
still refusing to allow a connection.

I seem to recall that there's a way to fix this, but it escapes me.

Thanks for any help!

Don't rename the client, change the hardware or other tricks!
It's a waist of time, since it won't help!

Assuming that the Terminal Server runs Windows 2000 *and* the
client is upgraded to XP Pro (not Home Edition), then removing the
old license from the client should fix it.
