Force Permanant CAL Expiration

I am wondering if there is a way to force expiration of a CAL. We use
thin clients for many of our users, but power problems in our building
tend to cause them to fail quickly and require replacement. We need to
force the CAL of the old unit to expire so that it is available to the
new unit. We do have a few additional CALs available, but there are
times when those run low and our budget does not provide much room for
additional License purchases.

Perhaps you should consider purchasing a UPS for each
thin client. Thin clients do not use much electricity so
the cost for each UPS will be reasonable.

There is no way to force expiration, and it is unnecessary.
The new device will be issued a temporary TS CAL that
will remain valid long enough for the previous TS CAL
to expire.
