Experiencing BSOD after running smitfraud fix

Has anyone run into a BSOD after/during running of the Smit Fraud Fix?
I am not referring to the smitrem.exe. I have seen several instances
of C000021a error after running this removal tool. I am trying to
figure out if it is a larger issue and what could possibly be
triggering it.

Yes, this is a known issue that has just appeared. S!Ri (the author has
been alerted). Don't use SmitFraudFix. Instead, try one of the
alternatives listed here:
