Expandable List - display to user that the list is expandable

Is there a method within Frontpage to identify a list that is expandabe? I
am trying to provide to a user that a list starting with Chapters then it
has tabs then policies under that. It is for a Policy and Procedure list. I
only want the Chapters to dispay at first then allow the use to drill down.
I know that FrontPage allowes for this type of list however the user will
never know to expand the list by clicking.

Yes, but not by using the expandable list feature.

Try this -

a quick and easy way to
get expandible lists. This method solves the problem with FP's collapsible
list code that is NOT FF/NN compatible, and will therefore work in all
browsers.

It uses some CSS, and the FP Change Property behavior.
