FP 2002 - unable to expand the folder list

I have a user who is unable to expand her folder list. There are folders and
files under the web folder and there is a plus in front of the list but
clicking the folder will not expand the folder. I personally do not use
FrontPage and am at a loss. The last time this happened, I think I had had
her do an "Open Web" and that resolved the issue. But not this time.

Try having her do a Help Detect & Repair in FP (before opening the site),
- then running a Tools Recalculate Hyperlinks in FP after Opening the site in FP

Sorry. I should have included this with the original message. We tried
opening the web on two machines with the same result. And I did do the
hyperlink recalculation before posting the issue. Regardless, I did do the
detect and repair and also did another recalculate hyperlinks this morning
and the issue remains. Interestingly, if I add another folder under the web
within FrontPage, it does show in the folder list. But the other existing
folders and files do not. Any other suggestions?

Re: my final comment below. The new folder shows during that session but
once I close and reopen the web, it no longer is visible.

Try deleting the web cache files. A corrupted cache file could be the cause
of the problems.
Download FP Cleaner fro http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm and run
the routines that delete the hidden web cache files, and delete the hidden
FrontPage temporary files.

Thanks Ron. Tried this but that still hasn't resolved this issue.
