Exiting unchanged documents - prompting me to save

I have one document that everytime I close it prompts me to save it even
though nothing has changed. All my other documents work fine.

Could someone please advise

Does it contain fields in the header or footer (such as for date or the
file name)? Or date fields in the document body?

If there's something dynamic in the document, and it's updated, the
document has "changed", even though you didn't take any action.
