Exiting FulScreen Mode

My windows are in full screen mode. When I right-cllick to bring up the menu
bar, it only gives me Help with no other options. No File, Edit, View, etc.

Is there another way to exit this mode?

Thanks, that didn't work, but after I posted I found the most obvious
solution: the double-window button at the top takes it out of fullscreen.

solution: the double-window button at the top takes it out of fullscreen.

That's called the Restore button. Double-clicking the top bar will also
toggle between full screen and restored window size.
