Existing records are missing on my subform

I recently created a staffing database in Access 2002, which is a copy of an
existing Accsss 97 database. I use a combo box to select the name of the
person that I want to make changes to and when my form and subform comes up
it shows the resources name in the form but there is no existing data in the
subform. All of the data will show up if I go to the design view and return
to the form view. What can cause this? My query seems to work. It is full
of information on all resources.

can anyone help me. I am stumped!

Sounds like it is not re-querying after selection. You need an event or macro.
