Existing Frontpage 03 upgraded to vista Ultimate

For some reason I can run Frontpage 03 but I cannot login to any of my web
sites. When user name and password box comes up I enter the blanks and I just
keep getting the same request to log in. XP laptop on same desk same websites
same username and passwords get right in. What am I doing wrong??!!

Did you just install IE7?

I assume the OP did, since IE 7 comes with Vista.??

oh duh on me

then try;

In IE7;
Tools | Internet Options | Security | Local Intranet | Sites | Advanced and
add localhost to the list.
