'EXIF' for incapability of seeing Photos?

M

MapleE.

Hi:
XP with IE and a good Pop-Up stopper installed.

Whenever I clicked small hobby-related photos in my attempts to
enlarge those photos, I only get ads. without seeing an enlarged photos.

And a bottom of the site, it says, ..
This photo contains 'EXIF' that stands for Exhangeable Image File format.
.... You must use software that supports Exif.
and,
'... most of this Photo site contains EXIF information, ..."

Does that, above means I need to install some software to look at
those beautiful and colorful photos?
Thus, I can get ONLY ads without seeing desirable enlarged photos?

Thanks for your help in advance.

Hi:
Thanks for the quick response. I truly appreciate it.

The web-site is as follow:

http://www.railpictures.net/showphotos.php?daterange=yesterday&newsort=2

When I clicked a rectangular black image of the right side box that
supposes to contain photo,
I only directed the ads. without seeing an enlarged photo.

Or, have I been doing something wrong in opening those photos?

Thanks again.

Hmmm, works for me....

I don't see a "black box"...did you
try left clicking the thumbnails?

Hi:
Thanks for the help again.

The photo about which I have mentioned is as follow;
In the upper part of the screen; there is,
Photo ID: 163616 Photo of the week
and more.

When clicking this black rectangular black box under ID: 163616,
an enlarged photo is supposed to come to the screen. However, the next
thing
I getting is some characters inside a whitish rectangular box in the middle
of the screen.

Thanks,

Ok I had to change the page to
see photo of the week...but there
is no file number. Maybe you have
to be signed in to see that.

http://www.railpictures.net/

When I click the thumb that says...
Photo of the week...the picture
opens.

Here's a direct link to the picture...
can you view it?

BTW...there are some great photos
at that site.

Hi:
Thanks again for the time taking to answer to the question.

It's been going on this, very intermittently. Sometime, I can get and other
time I get only ad. without any enlarged photos at all.

In my guess, ... probably I need to tackle more to learn how to navigate
them. However, there are other 'good' and mostly importantly 'easy' to
access other web-sites similar to that site. Then, I might stick to those
'easy' access type of web-sites, because after all I'm quite to new to those
photo sites. Just accidently, I found it when I got bored looking at same
'old' web-sites.

Many thanks. I truly appreciate your help.
