Exchange servers malfunction

Ok... so 5 IT's and 30 phone calls later I am trying this... Here is
the scenario. We have to exchange servers on our network. Both Local
and have had no problems with e-mails and traffic until abotu 12 hours
ago. Traffic has stopped as the servers have stopped communication with
one another and there is random traffic out to locations. Internal
traffic is completely ceased however. Addresses are resolving properly
and we can ping and telnet out but no traffic moves forward... Please
help..!!!!

This question belongs in microsoft.public.exchange.admin (it isn't an
Outlook issue), and you will need to provide a *lot* more information about
your network, specific errors, version of Exchange, event logs, what you've
tried so far, and so on.
