Exchange Server Alternative?

alternative to Exchange Server. I don't need all the whistles and bells.

Perhaps Open Xchange (http://www.open-xchange.org) for Linux?

....or do you need a mail server, then perhaps:

If you just want POP3/SMTP there are many. If you want the calendaring etc.
Open-Xchange is probably your only option.
