exchange mailbox shows up twice in Outlook 2003 why?

I connect to a Microsoft Windows 2003 standard server running Exchange 2003
Enterprise with my Windows XP Pro PC running Outlook 2003. In the folder
view, I see the mailbox-user name two different times. Why is this happenning
to me and no one else at our business? How do I fix the issue?
I have turned off cache mode on the Outlook client, but the mailbox-user
name still shows up two times in the folder view.
