Dear Roady,

Pls advice on the following scenario,
Exchange have an option to forward/copy all the send and
receive mail irrespective of any user to go to a
particular user's mail box.
1. when this activated how about A user like Mr. Roady
send a mail to Mr.Anver and I activated that option
(incoming and sending copy forward)to forward/copy the
mail to Mr.XYZ. When Mr.XYZ open his inbox he can see the
message but - what name will show on from column a mail
from Mr.Anver or Mr. Roady.
2. Send item, while sending a message from my outlook to
Mr.Roady -where is this forward copy directed to -
Mr.XYZ's sent item or inbox?
3. While sending a message from webmail, is the same can
be applicable there aswell?

Pls help
Best Regards

Anver

Hi Anver,

The "forward copy to" for items received can be set in both Outlook as on
the Active Directory User object
The "send copy to" for items sent can only be set in Outlook

1) with an Outlook rule it will be a forward from Mr. Anver. With an AD user
object property Mr. XYZ will see From Mr. Roady and To Mr. Anver

2) this will come in the Inbox with From Mr. Anver, To Mr. Roady, CC Mr. XYZ
Option 1; set permissions on your Sent Items so Mr. XYZ can connect to it
Option 2; use an add-in so you can automatically sent as BCC

If you decide to order use "BH93RF24" to get a discount

3)Yes, except for the Sent Mail rule. For the receiving mail with the
Outlook option you must of course configure the rule from within Outlook
first.
