Exchange Full

Dear sir, please how to do to keep mails on the pc and delete them from
server exchange? i can not find an option to clic on it which allow a person
to delete messages from server when you read them on your pc. it was possible
with isa server with pop3 but now i do read all option on microsoft
outlook2003 but no way.
Please how it's possible to do it because the server bloc all receiving
mails du to the full maximum mail box.

Add a personal folder (PST) file to existing Exchange profile. Once that is
done, the end user just has to move the item from the Exchange mailbox to
PST file.
