Exchange cache mode with terminal server

Hello!

Me, and my colleguages are using Citrix over terminal server to reach
Outlook 2003.
Since junk email requires Exchange Cache mode, we should enable this.
Unfortunately this option was greyed out.
When entering the Citrix server locally, this worked as it should.

Any idea of what to do? Something with AD policies?

You can't use cached mode in a TS/Citrix session at all as far as I know.
