Exchange 5.5 backup agent

Looking for freeware backup agent for exchange Server 5.5
Some tool needed to use with WinNT 4.0 native NTBACKUP utility to make
online backup of Exchange bases living at another WinNT 4.0.

I already know!
No additional tools needed: Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 181445.

Some files should be copied into the SYTSTEM32 directory:
Edbbcli.dll, Backup.cnt, and Backup.hlp - from Exchange versions 4.0,
5.0, and 5.5 CD-ROM;
Ntbackup.exe - from Exchange versions 4.0 and 5.0 CD-ROM or the Windows
NT 4.0 Service Pack 3 CD-ROM.

That's all! No restart, no Exchange Administrator local installation!
